		<description>I completely agree. The yogurt, along with the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and Pharmaceutical Fish oil really help my UC without resorting to harmful medicines. I use the Yogourmet yogurt maker and freeze dried yogurt starter which is available at health food stores. I use half  whole milk and half half/half to create a nice creamy yogurt. I also cook the yogurt for 24 hours which removes all lactose. Eat the yogurt with honey and a chopped brown/spotty banana..you'll immediately feel better. It's also good for smoothies. Feel better, soldier on!</description>
