<description>Hey Matt, great site I was thinking about one day started my own blog just to talk and hear from others. I am now 30 yrs old, It has been about 2 yrs now for me, I was diag. 2 yrs ago with Lymphocytic Colitis and it has been horrible, life has changed completely for me, I try to stay positive which as you know can be heard at times, my social life isnt the greatest anymore. I love to travel but im been so restrictive since all this started. I have a juicer and after reading on the net most of the day about juicing, I think I will start a cabbage/carrot fast and see how that goes. Thanks again for your words and I look forward in future ones. I was also thinking about joining the local support group for Cronhs and Colitis persons, was wondering if you have ever done that and if so was /is it beneficial. Take care,
