Unfortunately, as I&#039;ve read elsewhere, The probiotic bacteria found in yogurt often die from acid in the stomach, and never get to the intestines where they are most valuable. I&#039;ve read that Probiotic Capsules are the way to go, because the capsules provides a protective shell for the bacteria to survive the stomach. Just some interesting information I thought I might share with you.
